Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports Also known as Support Coordination. Involves connecting participants with services, building capacity, and coordinating complex supports.
NDIS Plan Management
Managing participant NDIS funds, paying provider invoices, and monitoring budgets to ensure funding is used effectively. Plan Management helps participants maintain choice and control while reducing the stress of financial administration and paperwork
Therapeutic Supports – Psychology & Counselling
Provision of therapeutic services including psychology and counselling to support mental health, emotional wellbeing, and behavioural development. Services are delivered by AHPRA-certified professionals and tailored to individual NDIS goals
Development Of Life Skills Services
Supporting participants to develop independence in daily living, social, and practical life skills for everyday activities and community participation.
Personal Care
Support with personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Assist In Travel/Transport
Transporting participants to appointments, activities, or other supports. Requires valid driver’s licence, vehicle registration, and insurance.
Community Participation
Engaging participants in creative and capacity-building activities in the community. Can be delivered by any profession.
Respite Care
Training and support to help participants develop independence and practical skills. Support provided in a shared environment such as group homes or respite care settings.
Assistive Equipment & Mobility Support
Support with accessing assistive products that improve safety, mobility, independence, and participation in daily activities. This may include mobility aids, personal care equipment, vision and hearing devices, recreational equipment, and tools that assist with household tasks
