Our Mission :

At Wellington Care, our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable, and person centred support that empowers individuals to live with independence, dignity, and confidence. We are dedicated to delivering high quality services that respond to the unique needs of every participant while supporting their personal goals and wellbeing.

Our Vision :

Our vision is to create a supportive and inclusive community where individuals with disabilities feel valued, respected, and empowered to live fulfilling lives. We strive to be a trusted provider known for genuine care, exceptional service, and positive outcomes for the people we support.

Eligibility checklist :

If you are aged between 7 and 65, a local area coordinator can help you to understand the NDIS apply and connect with other government and community supports. If you have a child aged under 7, an early childhood partner can provide supports to children before they apply, and let families know if the NDIS is right for their child.

Compassion

We provide care with empathy, kindness, and understanding in every interaction.

Respect

We treat every participant with dignity while valuing their individuality, choices, and independence.

Integrity

We deliver services with honesty, transparency, and a strong commitment to quality support.

Empowerment

We encourage participants to build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Excellence in Care

We are committed to delivering exceptional services that exceed expectations and create meaningful outcomes.
